27 September 2007 from Caldmore Housing, Jervis Court, Walsall. I can confirm that Walsall People regularly undertake painting and decorating work at the project I manage, on behalf of Caldmore Area Housing Association Ltd. All the work undertaken so far has been completed at very competitive rates by experienced tradesmene who are always polite to staff and service users alike.
I would thoroughly recommend Walsall People to other organisations and I will be using their services for the foreseeable future. Walsall People carried out gardening, various odd jobs and even stripped and sanded 2 floors in preparation for varnishing, this is what the customer wrote:
"I�ve hired Walsall People several times now and I�ve been really pleased. There were quite a few little jobs I needed doing, fitting a cat flap, replacing the letter box, bit of gardening, you know the kind of stuff that waits and waits.
